Promoters and developers in Los Cabos are proud to commemorate the XXV Anniversary of this important association. The council’s president, Mr. Genaro Ruíz Hernández, mentioned the importance of the medium & long term planning of Los Cabos. He encouraged new investment, needed to modernize and update the Urban Development Plan of the city.
During the event, tribute was paid to the pioneers of the association: Abelardo Rodríguez and Oscar Cano García. Among the participants of the panel were, Luis Bulnes Molleda, Manuel Díaz Rivera, Raúl Arturo González Mendoza, and Marco A. Milan Monroy, who addressed various issues of interest to this sector.
With the support of entrepreneurs, hoteliers, special guests, and general public, Genaro Ruiz emphasized that the tourism developers, authorities and society at large should feel very proud of what has happened in the destination during the last 25 years, but insisted on the importance of the years ahead. He invited all attendees to join forces, so as to protect together this beautiful destination: “We must hand this land to our children, rich and promising, just as if it was 25 years ago”.
